		<description>I brought a treatment through Groupon, big mistake.  Firstly I was told that I could only have daytime appointments as all Thursday evenings appointments had been taken and Saturdays apparently weren&#039;t valid, although this was not stated on the voucher.  I left with plenty of time to spare the day of my appointment but unfortunately the traffic was horrendous, it took over an hour to do a 15 minute journey. I tried calling over 8 times to let them know it no one picked up the phone to answer my call, eventually when I got through they said that they would not move it to another time even though they were aware that there was a major traffic problem in the city.  They would not book my appointment until they had my voucher code so unfortunately as I had given this, not through choice, I then lost my appointment and money.  I would not recommend them and would highly advise due to the service that I received and the way that they spoke to me that you avoid them. Customer service is shocking, they clearly do not value their customers.</description>
