I am a professional make-up artist since 2003. I know all the techniques of makeup, from daily natural to evening, bridal, and fashion for the occasional photo shoot.

We offer a wide range of treatments for both men and women, including Nouveau Lashes, Manicures, Pedicures, Shellac Nails, Gelish Nails, Minx Nails, Waxing (including intimate waxing for both men and women), Mystic HD Automated Spray Tanning in a private booth, Eye Treatments, Massage, Body Treatments and Dermalogica Facials.

The Natural Beauty Room is situated within The Welwyn Aesthetic Clinic in the High Street of Welwyn.

The salon offers a wide variety of beauty and holistic treatments, a friendly professional service and at very competitive prices.

Treatments for the mind, body and soul are provided to release the stress of everyday life. The Natural Beauty Room sells St Tropez , Jessica and Thalgo products.

All treatments are done to a high standard and are personalised to the individual needs of each person. A consultation is carried out before every treatment.

As a new member to Gym and Tonic we will ask you your goals from exercise and then specifically design a programme to help you achieve them, whether it be to increase fitness, weight loss, training for a race or general toning we can guide you into a healthy lifestyle.

Once we have designed your personal training programme we then show you how to use all the machines safely and correctly and take you through your workout. At Gym and Tonic we will guide you round the gym as many times as you require until you are completely happy setting up the machines and following your personal training programme.
